We offer only replacement (no returns) and the replacement apply if any damage with your order during shipping or transport, so we kindly request our customers to do unboxing video, it would helpful if in case of any damage to the product.

Reverse Pickup Process for exchange

Reverse pick-up will be done by us, with extra charges.

However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.

In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.
Refund will be credited to customer bank account in 5 business days, If the order is eligible for refund with unboxing video and damage proof.
